We’re seeking a Product Designer to join our growing team, drive product innovation, and shape the future of our brands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and address both customer and business challenges, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Create intuitive and elegant product solutions that prioritise simplicity, addressing user needs at every stage—starting from initial wireframes to detailed end-to-end flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Drive the design journey through iterative cycles, incorporating feedback from your team, stakeholders, broader design groups, and end users to refine and perfect solutions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to validate design concepts, gather actionable user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve usability and overall product impact.
- Lead collaborative workshops such as design sprints or brainstorming sessions to align teams and generate innovative solutions.
- Define measurable design success metrics and analyse product performance post-launch to identify further improvements.
You’ll Excel If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design with strong knowledge of design principles and methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with engineers, business teams, and stakeholders.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your design thinking, problem- solving skills, and real-world impact.
- Ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for the design process and working independently.
- Strong user focus, with expertise in human behaviour, cognitive psychology, and user research.
- Curiosity and problem-solving passion to tackle complex challenges and create user-cantered solutions.
- Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and trade- offs to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design and high-fidelity prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing marketplace products
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Experience with design systems
- Experience in fast paced start-ups
